Church and village

The church is at the centre of the Surrey village of Chobham and at the heart of community life.

The Pop-In on Tuesdays mornings at the Church Hall, 10.30 - 12 noon, is a weekly coffee morning.

Regular social events organised by the church and other village groups take place in the Church Hall.

The church hosts a quarterly lunch for community leaders, held in the Church Hall.

The St Lawrence Old Folks Club meets fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons at the Parish Pavilion.

Our Parish magazine, the Gridiron, is a real village publication with community news and useful information for everyone in Chobham and Valley End.

The churches stage the annual Thomas of Chobham Lecture in the spring, and are the focal point of Chobham Festival, a highlight of village life, in the autumn.
